On the afternoon of March 19th, the group’s 2019 apprenticeship conference was held in the New Yangzi Shipbuilding Multi-function Hall with the theme of “Gratefulness, Respect and Growth”, which is the Internalization of post experience and the continuation of post-teaching projects. More than 130 people from New Yangzi and Yangzi Xinfu departments attended the meeting.


At the meeting, Chen Guoqiang, deputy general manager of New Yangzi, issued a letter of appointment for the tutors. The chief of the Human Resources Section of the Group Mr. Mao Hongzhao reported the development situation of the company''s mentoring system and the management system of the mentor system. The apprenticeship conference was hosted by Mr. Gu Pengcheng, director of the Group Training Center. Mr. Liu Yang and and Mr. Han Zhaoliang, representative of the group''s technical center, shared the feelings and expectations of the mentoring system.


Mr. Zhang Hongfei, deputy general manager of the group, made a concluding speech, he emphasized that the mentoring system is an important way for the company to cultivate talents and pass on excellent experience. He affirmed the development of the mentoring system, which provided strong support for new employees to enter the society from the school and made the role transformation of new employees smoother and faster. The campus recruiting college students from 2013 to 2017 have been well integrated into the work environment, and gradually become a new force in design, construction, and inspection departments. He put forward requirements for the mentor and apprentices present: the tutor should be a good person and constantly improve himself in the profession and spread the knowledge to apprentice strictly. The apprentice should be grateful and respect to the mentor, work hard and think independently.

 

In order to improve the level and effectiveness of the tutoring, the Group Training Center conducted a special training for the group''s technical center, and introduced the basic knowledge of management coaching technology to 28 tutors of the Group''s technology center in the second half of 2018. A wealth of case studies and interactive exercises are made to help the tutors master the management coaching technology. Combined with the actual experience of the tutors, 14 teaching manual with professional courses are formed. With the in-depth development of the mentoring system, the Group Training Center will launch standardized teaching manuals in other positions.
